Why you'll love Moroccan Kessa
Noticeably smoother skin
The textured surface of the glove helps loosen softened dead skin cells and rough surface buildup.
The skin therefore feels immediately smoother and softer after use.
A traditional Hammam experience at home
The Kessa glove is deeply rooted in Moroccan bathing culture and forms the classic exfoliation step after the use of Beldi soap.
Effective without additional scrubbing particles
The glove does not require sugar, salt, or plastic particles.
Its textile structure performs the mechanical exfoliation and allows the pressure to be adjusted according to the skin’s needs.
Reusable and easy to care for
After every use, the glove should be rinsed thoroughly and allowed to dry completely in the open air.
With proper care, it can be used repeatedly.
How Moroccan Kessa works
Warmth and moisture
Warm water and steam help soften the uppermost layer of the skin and surface buildup, allowing the skin to be exfoliated more easily and in a controlled way.
Moroccan Ritual Soap and Herbal Blend
The preparatory cleansing phase helps loosen surface oil and residue and prepares the skin for mechanical exfoliation.
Textured viscose surface
The woven surface of the Kessa creates controlled mechanical friction as it moves across the skin.
This helps loosen softened dead skin cells and rough buildup.
Long, even strokes
Even movements allow the skin to be exfoliated in a controlled way.
Strong pressure is unnecessary and may cause avoidable irritation.
Follow-up care
After exfoliation, the skin feels smoother and particularly benefits from a soothing Body Mask and a moisturizing Body Lotion.
The visible result
The skin feels immediately softer, smoother, and thoroughly exfoliated and may appear more refined, fresh, and cared for.
Your weekly Moroccan Ritual
Step 1: Prepare the skin
Mix Moroccan Ritual Soap with Moroccan Ritual Herbal Blend.
Apply the herbal paste evenly to damp body skin.
Leave it on according to the product instructions.
Rinse the mixture off completely with warm water.
Keep the skin warm and damp throughout the process.
Step 2: Prepare the Kessa
Wet Moroccan Kessa completely.
Squeeze out the excess water.
The glove should be damp but not dripping wet.
Pull it securely over the hand so that the movements remain controlled.
Step 3: Exfoliate the skin
Move the glove over the skin using long, even strokes.
Work section by section across the arms, legs, back, and feet.
Use only light to moderate pressure.
Avoid repeatedly rubbing the same area back and forth.
Treat dry or sensitive areas with particular care.
Stop immediately if burning, pain, or severe redness occurs.
Step 4: Rinse and care
Rinse away loosened skin cells thoroughly with warm water.
Do not use the glove again during the same session.
Apply Moroccan Ritual Body Mask to care for the freshly exfoliated skin.
Complete the ritual with Moroccan Ritual Body Lotion.
Tip
The glove works best on thoroughly softened skin. More pressure does not automatically produce better results.
Use long, calm strokes and avoid aggressive rubbing. Visible rolls on the skin may consist of loosened skin cells, product residue, and surface oil and should not be used as a measure of how intensely the skin needs to be exfoliated.
For dry or sensitive skin, using the glove every ten to fourteen days may be more appropriate than weekly use.

Frequently asked questions
Once per week is sufficient for most skin types.
For dry or sensitive skin, an interval of ten to fourteen days may be more suitable.
Sensitive skin should be treated with particular care.
Use only very light pressure, shorten the application, and avoid delicate areas or areas prone to redness.
Do not use the glove on highly reactive, inflamed, or damaged skin.
No.
Strong pressure is unnecessary and may irritate the skin.
The skin should be thoroughly softened first.
Then use long, even movements with light to moderate pressure.
Yes.
It can generally be used after a warm shower on thoroughly softened skin.
For the complete Moroccan Ritual, however, we recommend preparing the skin with Moroccan Ritual Soap and Moroccan Ritual Herbal Blend.
Do not combine it with a sugar, salt, acid, or enzyme exfoliant during the same application.
Combining multiple intensive exfoliation methods may over-irritate the skin.
The visible amount of loosened residue depends on skin type, preparation, previous skincare, and application technique.
Even without visible rolls, the glove may still mechanically smooth the skin surface.
Do not increase pressure for this reason.
Temporary mild redness may occur because of friction.
Strong, painful, or persistent redness usually indicates that too much pressure was used or the skin was exfoliated for too long.
Stop use and treat the skin gently.
Rinse it thoroughly with clean water immediately after every use.
Gently squeeze out the water and allow it to dry fully while hanging open.
Its lifespan depends on frequency of use, cleaning, drying, and the condition of the material.
Replace it once the material becomes damaged, develops an unpleasant odor, or can no longer be cleaned and dried hygienically.
