Right of withdrawal (consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs for a delivery type other than standard), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have offered to bear them or failed to inform you that you must bear them.
Hygiene and sealed goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened natural cosmetics).
For defective or damaged items, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected — contact us with your order number and photos.
How to return
Pack unopened, resaleable items securely.
Include your order number and contact email inside the parcel.
Ship to the address stated in your order confirmation or contact us for the current returns address.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
