Elbows, knees and other joints often look darker because of thicker skin and friction. Traditional Moroccan care uses Nila powder as a rinse-off mask after cleansing — not as a harsh bleach.
Cleanse first (Beldi soap works well), optionally exfoliate lightly with a kessa glove on body skin that tolerates it, then apply a smooth Nila paste for 10–15 minutes and rinse.
Always moisturize afterward. Results for the look of uneven tone take repeated weekly sessions — and daytime SPF on exposed areas still matters.
Shop Nila powder with hammam essentials when you want a complete at-home body ritual focused on smoother, brighter-looking skin.
