For sensitive skin, do not immediately combine with strong acid exfoliants, retinoids or additional highly concentrated brightening ingredients.
Discontinue use if strong burning, persistent redness or other irritation occurs.
Use a suitable broad-spectrum sunscreen consistently during the day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The cream was developed for regular use.
For normal skin, begin with one application per day.
If well tolerated, it may be used morning and evening.
For sensitive skin, begin with one application every second evening.
The formula contains moisturising and skin-conditioning ingredients such as Glycerin, Aloe Vera, Hyaluronic Acid and Allantoin.
However, it also contains Mandelic Acid, Lactobionic Acid, several potent active ingredients, Ethanol and Bitter Orange Flower Water.
Sensitive or highly reactive skin should therefore be patch tested first, and the cream should be introduced gradually.
A more hydrated and cared-for skin feel may be noticeable after the first applications.
Visible changes in dark spots generally require consistent use over several weeks.
The speed of results depends on the type and depth of pigmentation and the consistent use of sunscreen.
Both products can be used within the same overall routine.
However, because the cream already contains Mandelic and Lactobionic Acids, the combination should be introduced cautiously.
Begin with the Active Exfo-Toner on one or two evenings per week and monitor your skin.
If dryness, burning or redness occurs, use the products on separate days.
For resilient skin, alternating use on separate evenings may be possible.
Do not immediately combine retinoids and PigmentClear Cream in the same routine, as the acids and active ingredients may increase the risk of dryness and irritation.
Introduce both slowly and use them on separate days if your skin is sensitive.
The cream already contains Niacinamide.
An additional Niacinamide serum is therefore not essential and may be unnecessary for sensitive skin.
PigmentClear Cream already contains Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, a stable Vitamin C derivative.
An additional strongly acidic Vitamin C serum is not necessary and may make the routine too complex for sensitive skin.
The formula is suitable for uneven-looking skin and may be incorporated into routines targeting dark marks left after blemishes.
Do not apply it to open, severely inflamed or damaged areas.
