After cleansing, apply a small amount to a cotton pad or your fingertips and distribute evenly over the face and neck.
Avoid the eye area, lips and any irritated or damaged skin.
Do not rinse. Follow with a soothing or hydrating serum and a suitable moisturiser.
Begin with one or two applications per week. If well tolerated, gradually increase the frequency.
Do not use more often than your skin comfortably tolerates.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The ideal frequency depends on the Glycolic Acid concentration, the formula’s pH and your individual skin tolerance.
Begin with one or two applications per week.
If well tolerated, gradually increase the frequency.
For sensitive skin, one application per week may already be sufficient.
Sensitive skin can react differently to Glycolic Acid.
Patch test first and begin with a low application frequency.
Do not use the toner on highly reactive, irritated or damaged skin.
Do not use retinoids and the Active Exfo-Toner in the same evening routine.
Alternate them on different days and reduce the frequency if dryness or irritation develops.
Mild Vitamin C derivatives may be used in a separate morning routine if your skin tolerates them well.
Strongly acidic Vitamin C formulas should not be used at the same time as the toner if your skin is prone to irritation.
Niacinamide can generally be used after if both products are well tolerated.
For sensitive skin, begin with a simple routine using a hydrating serum and moisturiser.
