1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all contracts concluded between Tazi Care GmbH and consumers via the online shop https://tazi-care.com.
Consumers within the meaning of these GTC are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Sales are made only to persons of legal age.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog.
3.2 By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via e-mail.
3.3 If a product is not available, you will be informed. Any payments already made will be refunded.
4. Right of Return
The right of Return does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for for quality assurance or hygiene reasons (e.g., natural cosmetics).
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1 Prices include statutory VAT.
5.2 Shipping costs are specified during the ordering process. International deliveries may incur additional customs duties and fees.
5.3 In the event of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price before acceptance.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery is made worldwide via DHL, UPS, or GLS.
6.2 Delivery time within Germany is 3–7 business days. International delivery times are displayed during the ordering process.
6.3 If delivery is delayed, you will be informed immediately.
6.4 If a shipment is returned to us due to the recipient’s inactivity (e.g., non-acceptance, failure to collect) or due to an incorrect, incomplete, or wrongly specified delivery address, the customer is obliged to bear the full shipping and return costs.
7. Payment Methods
7.1 We offer the following payment methods:

- Klarna (Instant Transfer / Invoice / Installments)
- Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
7.2 In the case of prepayment, dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.
7.3 We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
8. Default of Payment and Dunning Procedures
8.1 If payment is not received by the due date, you will receive a payment reminder via e-mail.
8.2 This will be followed by a reminder with a €1 reminder fee. In the event of further delay, a debt collection agency will be engaged, and all associated costs shall be borne by the debtor.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
10. Liability for Defects (Warranty)
The statutory warranty law applies (§§ 434 et seq. German Civil Code, BGB). In the case of defective goods, you are entitled to rectification or replacement delivery.
11. Online Dispute Resolution / Consumer Mediation

However, we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
12. Contract Language, Data Storage
The contract language is German. Your order data will be sent to you by e-mail. For security reasons, the contract text will no longer be accessible online after completion.
13. Environment / Packaging Regulation
Tazi Care GmbH participates in a take-back system for the disposal of sales packaging in accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG).
